Preview the Booking Design

Review dates, optional add-ons, and the planned 5% guest service fee. Paid bookings, checkout, and insurance products remain disabled during pre-launch.

Coordinate the Trip

After launch, confirmed guests will coordinate pickup or delivery and complete a vehicle walkthrough with the host.

Return & Review

Return the RV at the agreed time and location. Leave a review to help future travelers. Your security deposit is released within 7 days if there are no issues.

Create Your Listing

List your RV in minutes with our guided flow. Upload photos, describe your rig, set your nightly rate, cleaning fee, and delivery options. Choose your cancellation policy (Flexible, Moderate, or Strict) and set your availability calendar.

Complete Launch Review

Provider-backed host and vehicle review is planned but not currently active. The final flow will require reviewed registration, ownership, insurance, and safety information before bookings open.

Accept Bookings After Launch

The planned marketplace supports instant booking or host-reviewed requests. Booking acceptance remains disabled until guest eligibility and provider-backed verification are operational.

Hand Off Your RV

After launch, hosts will use a walkthrough and digital condition reports at pickup and return. The deposit-authorization lifecycle remains disabled while payment testing is completed.

Receive Payouts After Launch

Payouts are not active during pre-launch. Final Stripe Connect transfer and bank-payout timing will be published only after live-mode validation and operational review.

Carrier Terms Before Launch

Rival RV does not currently provide insurance. Coverage amounts, deductibles, exclusions, and claims handling will be published only after a licensed carrier partnership is complete.

Rival RV does not currently sell or provide insurance, and bookings are disabled during pre-launch. We plan to publish the actual carrier, coverage, limits, exclusions, and price only after a licensed insurance partnership is complete.

Many hosts offer delivery and setup at your campsite or destination for an additional fee. Look for the "Delivery Available" badge on listings. Delivery fees are set by the host and typically range from $1-3 per mile.

For emergencies, call 911 first. For mechanical issues, message your host right away — they know the vehicle and its coverage. Damage is handled through the security-deposit claim process, and our support team helps resolve any disputes between guests and hosts.

RVs and hosts are not provider-verified today. Rival RV is designing registration, ownership, insurance, safety, and identity checks that must be completed and documented before bookings open.

Hosts can choose from three cancellation policies: Flexible (full refund up to 24 hours before trip), Moderate (full refund up to 7 days before), or Strict (50% refund up to 14 days before). The policy is clearly displayed on each listing before you book.
